Alpha-Cal® is a calcium hydroxide paste with Barium Sulfate used for the temporary filling of root canals after conventional endodontic treatment. Aqueous, radiopaque, high pH (>12.0), packaged in a syringe ready to dispense through disposable tips.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 3 days only from the date the order is received. Returns requested after 3 days will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unopened and unused.
  • Be in its original packaging and condition.
  • Have been stored properly according to the product's storage requirements.
  • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us via WhatsApp at 0777 2290 555 before sending the product back. Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved and whether a refund or replacement applies.
